Qualifications:
. Candidate must have a Master's degree in Engineering . Must have 15 years of TOTAL experience as on-site materials QA/QC and testing of construction materials in various Infrastructure projects. . Must have experience involving CABLE STAYED BRIDGE PROJECTS
