Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Coordinating with office and stores for despatching of materials and equipment's to the concerned vessel on their scheduled maintenance day at Ras Laffan port. 2. Responsibly checking each items listed on the delivery note prepared by storekeeper before loading onto the vehicle for Ras Laffan port. 3. Handing materials/equipment to the concerned person on board the vessel and getting delivery notes signed. 4. Preparing material exit pass (MEP) from Nakhilat as per the vessel despatch report. 5. Maintaining Inventory of equipment and materials in use, in store and under repairs at various locations. 6. Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards 7. Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace 8. Perform job related duties as assigned Education & Professional Qualification: Diploma IMDG (International Marine Dangerous Goods) Certificate Chemical handling Certificate Professional Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Logistics and Warehouse operations (or minimum outlined in contract with client contract) Geographic Experience: Not required Computer Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Language Skills: Fluent in written & spoken English Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: Good knowledge in drilling & production materials and on ERP programme ( inventory related software) in an oil and gas industry (Logistics and Warehouse Operations)
