Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Material Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital to the smooth execution of our prefabrication projects, ensuring that all materials are available on time, at the right location, and meet quality standards. If you have a background in construction materials and logistics, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track all materials needed for prefabrication projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the procurement, production, and project management teams to forecast material requirements and plan orders accordingly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess.
• Organize transportation and logistics for material deliveries, both within the UAE and from international suppliers.
• Inspect materials upon receipt to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues related to damaged or incorrect materials by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare regular reports on material usage, stock levels, and delivery schedules for project planning and management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in material coordination or logistics, ideally within the construction or prefabrication industry.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, prefabricated components, and supply chain processes.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, team members, and project managers.

Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
