The Master Technician will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the technical aspects of our products/vehicles and ensuring that issues are fixed correctly the first time. This role requires expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on diagnosing and repairing Diesel and Electric buses efficiently.What You Will Do:

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on Diesel and Electric buses.
• Diagnose faults accurately and recommend effective solutions, ensuring repairs are done right the first time.
• While attending jobs both in the workshop and the field, proactively identify potential problem causes.
• Utilize tools and follow best practices as outlined in service manuals to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Read, understand, and implement instructions from workshop manuals and use service checklists when applicable.
• Take responsibility for resolving complaints related to mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Effectively use online diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.

Required Skills to Be Successful:

• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in bus maintenance, with at least 3 years of experience working on Electric buses (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems in buses.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
• Experience using online diagnostic tools and service manuals effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in both workshop and field environments.

• Basic/Technical Education and/or Apprenticeship.
• Trade Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• Proven technical expertise in independently servicing, repairing, and overhauling components.
• BKT (Bus Key Technician) Certification from Volvo Bus Corporation is an advantage.
• Ability to work with a variety of diagnostic tools and equipment.
• A passion for keeping up with new technologies and improving repair efficiency.
