Pattern Maker (Women's Apparel) Western style , Haut culture and evening dresses experience is needed for this position.

We do not produce Abayas and modest outfits, so only people with experience in women's Western style , Haut culture and evening dresses should apply.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pattern Maker to join our dynamic design team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a strong focus on women's apparel, specifically casual and evening wear. Responsibilities:

Pattern Creation: Develop accurate and detailed patterns for various women's garments, including dresses, tops, bottoms, and outerwear.

Technical Design: Collaborate with designers to translate sketches and concepts into technical specifications. Fit and Adjustments: Conduct thorough fittings, analyze fit issues, and make necessary pattern adjustments to ensure optimal fit and drape.

Grading: Create accurate grading rules and specifications for various size ranges.

Sample Making: Oversee the creation of sample garments, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Production Support: Provide technical support to the production team, addressing any pattern-related issues or questions. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into pattern design and development.

. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in pattern making for women's apparel. Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and sewing techniques. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
