: Master Mechanic - Equipment

Role Summary:
The Master Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and overhauling a wide range of equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, including heavy machinery, engines, and specialized tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all equipment meets operational standards.
• Overhaul mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems as needed.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and verify repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Train and supervise junior mechanics and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Certification in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,800.00 per month
