Master Mechanic (Engine/Transmission Overhauling)

Role Summary:
The Master Mechanic specializes in the overhauling, maintenance, and repair of engines and transmissions. Responsible for diagnosing issues, performing precise overhauls, and ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complete overhauls and repairs of engines and transmissions.
• Diagnose mechanical and technical faults using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Ensure all repairs and overhauls adhere to manufacturer guidelines and quality standards.
• Inspect, test, and fine-tune overhauled systems for optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

• Certified mechanic or diploma in automotive/mechanical engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in engine and transmission overhauling.
• Proficient in diagnostic tools and mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of safety standards and repair procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
