Overview:

As Transmed's Master Data Management (MDM) Manager, this role centers on maintaining and optimizing the company's crucial data. The Manager ensures data accuracy and consistency across systems, transforming it into a strategic asset that supports business decisions and operational efficiency, thereby playing a vital role in driving the company's success.
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities Data Management and Maintenance


Ensuring the cleanliness and proper management of master data across various systems such as ERP, WMS, SFA, and CRM. This includes the regular review, cleansing, and updating of data to maintain its accuracy and reliability. Data Quality Assurance:


Actively monitoring data quality, identifying and correcting any inaccuracies or inconsistencies. The manager is responsible for improving processes and tools to ensure ongoing data integrity.

Collaboration and Coordination:


Working closely with different departments and stakeholders to ensure the master data is aligned with business needs and processes. This involves regular communication and collaboration to understand data requirements and ensure they are adequately met.

Data Protection and Compliance:


Ensuring that master data is securely managed and complies with relevant data protection regulations. The manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining safeguards against data breaches and unauthorized access.

Operations:


Direct the day-to-day MDM activities, and responsible for coordinating and supporting MDM projects and workstreams ensuring all related activities and tasks are completed on time, quality and within budget. Develops, maintains and leads the Transmed MDM standards and conventions, data dictionaries, data element naming standards, data hierarchy management, and overall master data access and changes.

Training and Support:


Providing training and support to various teams and stakeholders on proper data management practices. This includes developing and optimizing workflows for efficient data handling and management. System Integration and Optimization


Collaborating with IT and other technical teams to ensure the seamless integration of master data across different platforms and systems. The manager works to optimize the overall data architecture for better data accessibility and usability.

Continuous Improvement:


Continuously seeking ways to improve master data management processes, systems, and practices. This includes staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in data management and applying them to Transmed's operations. Performance Monitoring:


Regularly tracking and reporting on the performance of master data management activities, ensuring that the master data supports business objectives and contributes to the overall success of Transmed.


Qualifications:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 Years of Experience
• Experience and understanding of Accounting, Finance, Data Management, Supply Chain, Sales, and solid understanding of business applications.
• Knowledge of master data management frameworks, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Proven track records of MDM experience
• Experience in serving as an expert in the MDM
• Experience in master data governance and management, specifically as it relates to the definition and configuration across all master data objects (Items, Customers, Suppliers, Vendors, Employees - Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources).
• Experience and understanding of Sales and Supply Chain expectations and requirements around MDM.
