Position Overview:

Sana Osmani, a leader in luxurious resort couture, is seeking an exceptionally talented Master Cutter & Pattern Maker. This role is pivotal to our brand's dedication to elegance, precision, and the art of couture, bringing to life our glamorous resort and party wear collections. We are searching for someone with an eye for detail, expert knowledge in garment construction, and a deep passion for luxury fabrics.

Responsibilities:

• Craft Custom Patterns: Develop precise, couture-level patterns for our collections, including party dresses, destination wear, and exclusive ready-to-wear pieces.
• Expert Fabric Cutting: Execute fabric cutting with utmost precision, following our designs to ensure flawless fit and quality.
• Size Grading Excellence: Perform size grading with consistency across all ranges, ensuring the perfect fit and silhouette for each garment.
• Production Oversight: Manage bulk cutting processes and oversee workflow to maintain our brand's high standards of efficiency and excellence.
• Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with design and production teams, optimizing garment construction for an exceptional fit and finish.
• Versatile Fabric Handling: Apply advanced knowledge of various luxury fabrics, understanding each one's unique qualities to elevate each piece.
• Trend and Style Insight: Stay attuned to couture trends and luxury party wear, delivering fashion-forward creations that radiate sophistication and sparkle under the sun.

Qualifications:

• Luxury Expertise: Extensive experience as a Master Cutter and Pattern Maker, specifically within luxury resort wear and couture.
• Technical Precision: Proficient in size grading, bulk cutting, and understanding of luxury garment construction.
• Fabric and Style Knowledge: Deep understanding of party wear construction, couture details, and various high-end fabrics.
