Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Cutter for Abayas to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of pattern making, fabric handling, and precise cutting techniques specific to abayas. You will play a key role in transforming design concepts into meticulously crafted garments, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Create and interpret patterns for various abaya designs, including traditional and modern styles.
• Execute precise fabric cutting using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure designs are translated accurately into finished products.
• Handle a range of fabrics, including silk, chiffon, and crepe, with expertise.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends and innovations in abaya design.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior cutters or apprentices, if applicable.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
