:

AQ Couture, a luxury fashion house in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a Master Couture Tailor with extensive experience in Haute Couture, Bridal Wear, and Pret-a-Couture . This role requires an expert in couture garment construction, pattern-making, and fine detailing to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and luxury finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of haute couture, bridal, and formal gowns with precision and artistry.
• Develop and refine patterns for bespoke and ready-to-wear designs.
• Supervise and guide a team of tailors to ensure flawless execution.
• Perform fittings and make necessary alterations for a perfect fit.
• Work with designers to bring complex designs to life with high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ensure all garments meet luxury fashion standards and fine detailing expectations.

Requirements:

• 4\+ years of experience in haute couture and bridal tailoring.
• Expertise in pattern-making, draping, and garment construction.
• Skilled in working with luxury fabrics (silk, lace, organza, tulle, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of embroidery, embellishments, and hand-finishing techniques.
• Leadership skills to mentor and oversee a team of tailors.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining superior craftsmanship.

Pay: AED3,000\.00 - AED7,000\.00 per month
