Job Summary: The Master Carpenter will lead the production and assembly of custom furniture pieces, ensuring superior quality and precision in every project. This role demands extensive carpentry expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of skilled craftsmen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of carpenters and craftsmen in the creation of custom furniture.
• Interpret and execute design specifications and blueprints with high accuracy.
• Select and prepare the best quality materials for each project.
• Utilize advanced carpentry techniques and tools to produce high-quality furniture.
• Conduct thorough quality control inspections throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients to refine designs and ensure feasibility.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior carpenters to enhance their skills and craftsmanship.
• Maintain an organized and safe workshop environment, adhering to all safety regulations and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in carpentry and furniture making, particularly in custom pieces.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Mastery in the use of woodworking tools and machinery.
• Strong understanding of design and construction principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and standards in Dubai is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
