Job Description

A Mason is responsible for laying and binding bricks, concrete blocks, and other building materials to construct or repair walls, partitions, arches, and other structures. The role also includes working with materials like stone, concrete, and tiles for building and repair tasks, ensuring that construction projects meet structural and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, or stones for building walls, floors, and structures.
• Mix and apply mortar or other binding materials.
• Construct and repair structures, such as walls, pavements, and foundations.
• Read and interpret blueprints or construction plans to determine work requirements.
• Ensure that masonry work aligns with the project specifications and local construction regulations.
• Perform surface polishing, plastering, and finishing as needed.
• Follow safety procedures on construction sites and wear protective equipment.
• A Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water supply systems, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The role includes identifying and fixing leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues, ensuring compliance with UAE plumbing codes and regulations.

• o Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and broken pipes.
• o Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality.
• o Install water heaters, pumps, and filtration systems.
• o Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map out plumbing layouts.
• o Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and health and safety regulations.
• o Use various tools and equipment to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
