Requirement:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Facial Therapist and Massage Therapist in a similar role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in a range of facial and massage treatments and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of skincare products and their effects.
• Personal Attributes:
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations:
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to determine clients' skincare needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized recommendations and explain treatment options.
• Facial Treatments:
• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, and moisturizing.
• Administer advanced treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and LED therapy, as required.
• Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to achieve optimal results.
• Massage Treatment: Should be familiar with various massage services that can help reduce pain and stress such as deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, hot stone and relaxing massage. should have massage therapist certification and state license
• Customer Service:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a relaxing and professional experience for all clients.
• Address client concerns and questions with expertise and empathy.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends.
• Recommend and upsell appropriate skincare products based on individual client needs.
• Health and Safety:
• Adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
