Our Hiring:

As a Customer Engagement Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your main task will be to connect with clients and schedule appointments for our sales team. With leads provided to you, you'll have the opportunity to engage with warm prospects and set up meetings - no cold calling required!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with high-quality leads provided by Keyspace by doing outbound calls

(no cold calling required!)

Engage clients in friendly, professional conversations to understand their real estate needs. Communicate the company's value and real estate services effectively. Schedule appointments between clients and agents for in-person meetings. Keep accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Freshers or someone with experience in sales/client relationship/customer service Own visa or visit visa holders Professional and goal oriented

Can relocate to Sharjah or Ajman

Willing to be trained
