Job Description

1. Plastering:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents. Mix plaster ingredients to the correct consistency. Apply coats of plaster or stucco using trowels, brushes, or spray guns to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. Create decorative textures or finishes by manipulating plaster as it dries. Repair existing plasterwork by patching cracks and holes.
2. Tiling:

Measure and mark the layout for tile installation. Cut tiles to fit around obstacles and in tight corners, using hand and power tools. Apply mortar or adhesives to surfaces and set tiles in place, aligning them with care for level and straight finishes. Grout the spaces between tiles after installation to complete the surface. Repair or replace damaged tiles.
3. General Construction Duties:

Ensure adherence to safety regulations on-site. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Work alongside other construction professionals like architects, carpenters, and electricians to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.
