Job Description
Here are some key responsibilities associated with the role:
• Oversee a team of masons, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and safely.
• Coordinate with other trades and project managers to ensure that masonry work aligns with overall project plans and schedules.
• Monitor the quality of masonry work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
• Provide training to new or less experienced masons and ensure that the team is up-to-date with current techniques and best practices.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, whether they are related to work processes, personnel, or unforeseen challenges.
• Maintain records of progress, work performed, and any issues encountered.
• Occasionally interact with clients or stakeholders to discuss progress, address concerns, or provide updates on the project.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
