Job description:

Masa Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining masa-related equipment, such as concrete mixers and related machinery, to ensure the efficient production of concrete and other construction materials. Your role will involve following safety protocols, monitoring equipment performance, and collaborating with other team members to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Setting up machines to start a production cycle.

Controlling and adjusting machine settings (e.g., speed)

Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.

Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)

Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines

Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.

Test operation of machines periodically

Fix issues that might occur during the shift.

Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.

Keep records of approved and defective units or final products

Maintain activity logs.

Qualifications:

Actively looking to place a MASA Plant Operatorwho is willing to join immediately.

Prefer candidates who have work experience in MASA/MASA XL Plant for 5 to 6 years.

Prefer candidates who have Bachelor of Technology or engineering.

Previous experience operating masa-related equipment, such as concrete mixers, in a construction or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of construction materials, mix designs, and quality control standards.

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate project schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• MASA/MASA XL Operator: 3 years (Required)
