We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Markets Quality Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and improving distributors and partners' capabilities through the implementation of Bel Quality standards and good quality practices within scope highlighted. This role will guarantee the implementation of quality & Food safety management processes across the entire supply chain, in market and co-manufacturing activities, and lead the management reviews of quality within the identified scope.

What You'll Do:


Capability Building:


• Plan and conduct quality audits against Bel Quality standards for distributors and trade partners.
• Communicate audit outcomes, develop improvement action plans, and follow up on progress with stakeholders.
• Promote quality awareness through regular training and communication of good quality practices.
• Ensure best practices of storage and distribution are in place at the distributor level.
• Conduct approval quality audits for potential distributors and trade partners.
• Support in developing and visualizing routes to market with quality risks at different stages.


Incident Management:


• Proactively highlight risks and propose mitigation actions to sales and supply chain.
• Investigate and analyze quality incidents and customer complaints, identifying root causes and leading actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform market quality scanning as needed.
• Regularly record and report quality issues in trade, their impact, and progress of actions.


Quality Monitoring & KPIs Reporting:


• Follow up on consumer experience simulation, execution and consolidate data with the central quality function.
• Highlight quality risks after reviewing reports for countries.
• Monitor freshness/product aging and alert concerned stakeholders.
• Monitor, measure, and report monthly KPIs to key stakeholders.


Changes and Innovation Support:


• Provide market quality expertise before, during, and after new innovations and changes affecting product quality.
• Offer proactive feedback on market quality, receiving controls, and follow-up on launches and product changes.


Other Activities:


• Quality and food safety audits for potential sub-contracting.
• Collaborate with other functions during quality complaints and incident management.
• Participate in improvement projects locally and regionally.
• Review and approve co-packing and promotional activities.


Regular Tasks includes:


• Follow up on monthly consumer experience simulations activities and ensure timely audits.
• Validate Moira observations and analyze Power BI data for freshness and defects.
• Plan market visits and report on market conditions and recommended action plans
• Conduct regular calls with marketing, sales, distributors, and supply chain teams.
• Lead quality discussions in monthly meetings and support SC lead projects.


What We're Looking For:


• BSc. in Chemistry or Food Technology.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG within quality or supply chain functions.
• Experience in quality management and Exposure to supply chain and logistics is a must.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of statistical analysis software is a plus.
• Residing in Saudi Arabia is a must
• Proactive, Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Communicates effectively with both technical and business language.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Effective data analysis skills
• Ability to drive improvement action plans.
• Internationally mobile and able to travel.
