We are seeking a motivated and experienced Noon & Amazon Marketplace Expert, Business specialist to lead our operations team for Marketplace Management. He/She will overlook and execute strategic & administrative tasks along with the team. Minimum 2 years experience in the E-commerce industry. Minimum of 2 years experience with Amazon marketplace. Having a proven track record of handling multiple projects. Have a track record of successfully leading a team or Working in a SPN agency. He/She will be responsible for the overall business growth of our Amazon clients and leading the team. Requirements: Mandatory: 1) Strong communication skills - Both Verbal and Written 2) Experience in making Amazon accounts profitable. 3) Hands-on experience with day-to-day Amazon activities/tasks. 4) Highly proactive and get things done attitude. The candidate should own up to the things. 5) Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new things. 6) Must have Amazon SPN agency experience. Nice to have: 1) Experience working with different marketplaces like Noon, Carrefour, Sharaf DG etc... 2) Amazon PPC experience 3) Pre-sales experience ( Assist sales team in providing them with hours/analysis/calls) : Candidates will be responsible for the overall organic growth-performance of our Amazon client's accounts. 1) Once the client is on boarded, do the kick-off call and explain the plan of action and strategies to the client. Assign performance targets which need to be deliberated with team members and then share it with the client. 2) Create the strategies for month/quarter and ensure those are implemented and the client's accounts are making progress. 3) Lead the amazon operations and account management team and help team members wherever they are stuck. 4) Ensure regular account management is carried out by the team. Also, to optimize the current format of reporting with proper formats and frequency. 5) Help the team to sort out issues wherever they are stuck. Usually, with Amazon, we face issues with listings, copyright infringement, brand registry, and authorization, buy boxes, seller accounts, etc... The candidate will be provided with the team but he/she should help the team members if they are stuck. 6) Leading bi-weekly calls with clients to discuss strategies and update clients with the progress. 7) Creating/changing strategies based on reports generated by the team. 8) Reviewing existing and then setting up processes for the Amazon team to ensure work is carried on in a seamless manner.. 9) Learn from day to day issues/new functionalities we face with Amazon and implement 10) Basic knowledge of amazon policies and standards. 11) Basic knowledge of amazon vendor central and amazon brand services portal. 12) Experience in handling both FBA and FBM along with their processes involved (Node ID, generating labels, warehouse selection, inventory level monitoring) 13.\xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0A clear idea of shipping options available in FBM - Easy Shipping and Self Shipping (Expedited shipping) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month Education:
