We are seeking a proactive Marketing/Sales Specialist to join our team and drive client acquisition efforts for our immigration services. This role combines traditional marketing strategies with direct sales initiatives to attract new clients, build relationships, and increase business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in both marketing and sales within the service industry, with a focus on generating leads, building brand awareness, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Follow-up & Conversion: Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert prospects into clients, ensuring a smooth and timely transition through the sales pipeline.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person or over-the-phone consultations with prospects, explaining the immigration process and the services offered, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and actively pursue leads through networking, partnerships, and inbound inquiries, converting them into clients by presenting tailored immigration solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics to evaluate success and refine strategies.
• Client Feedback: Collect feedback from clients to improve marketing materials and sales processes, ensuring that messaging aligns with client needs and expectations.
Marketing:
• Generate Leads : Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients through events, networking, and local outreach.
• Build Brand Awareness : Promote the company's services via print materials, advertisements, and community engagement.
• Client Education : Create informative content to educate potential clients about immigration processes and available services.
• Partnerships & Networking : Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, law firms, and organizations to generate referrals and expand reach.
• Market Analysis : Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
Qualifications:
• With at least 2 years of experience in marketing and sales, ideally in the immigration, legal, or service industry.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales in a client-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of immigration services and processes (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
