Position: Team Lead - Marketing and Digital Marketing

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead with a strong traditional marketing background and in-depth digital marketing knowledge. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee marketing campaigns, guide the digital strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and customer engagement. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, leadership, and hands-on experience in digital channels, campaign management, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of both traditional and digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Strategy Development: Create comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate traditional and digital marketing tactics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Implement and monitor SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, PPC campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze marketing performance metrics across channels and create detailed reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide recommendations for improvements and actionable insights.
• Content Strategy: Oversee the creation and management of content that aligns with digital marketing strategies, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and resonates with target audiences.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and creative departments to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with the company's goals.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI from all marketing activities.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies in both traditional and digital marketing spaces.
• Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and engagement through personalized marketing efforts, leveraging customer data and insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in both traditional marketing and digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.).
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving marketing trends.
Preferred:
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing tools.
• Experience in running successful omnichannel marketing campaigns across international markets.
