Job Overview

The Marketing Support at Monster Middle East is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company & enhance the brand's visibility. This role involves overseeing online and offline marketing campaigns, managing social media, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Helping Assistant Director of Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners for marketing projects.
• Maintain the company's brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Organize and promote company events and activities.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
