:
As a Marketing Specialist & Social Media Manager, you will lead the planning, creation, and execution of marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive enrollments for our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote We Aspire's training programs.
• Manage and create content for all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community around We Aspire's services.
• Use insights and data from social media and Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the training and sales teams to design targeted campaigns that meet business goals.
• Conduct market research on trends and align marketing efforts accordingly.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, ensuring cost-effective results.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media management.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Tagalog and English.
• Proven ability to create engaging content and manage social media accounts.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and social media management tools.
• Experience with SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative mindset.
