We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at Castle & Key Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in website management, SEO, social media, content creation, lead generation, and CRM systems. This individual will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting our real estate business through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & Optimization:
Oversee and manage the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, updated, and optimized for performance.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance website features and functionality.
Implement strategies for lead capture and ensure a seamless user experience.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the visibility of our website on search engines.
Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and build quality backlinks to improve search engine rankings.
Analyze performance using SEO tools and adjust strategies as needed.
Social Media Management:
Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Create engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and strategies for lead generation.
Content Creation:
Develop high-quality, original content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, target audience, and business objectives.
Collaborate with the team to produce multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and images.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate listings, events, and brand initiatives.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
Measure and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve optimal ROI.
Lead Generation & CRM:
Utilize lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
Manage and update leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data tracking and follow-up.
Implement automated email marketing campaigns and track engagement to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for all marketing activities and campaigns.
Provide regular reports on website traffic, lead generation, social media performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of website management, SEO best practices, and content creation.
Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
Experience with CRM systems, particularly in managing and nurturing leads.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
