We are looking for a

highly skilled and creative Marketing Specialist

to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, leading the marketing team, and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate services. Manage and optimize all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and ads, to attract potential clients. Lead and supervise the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.). Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights. Stay updated with market trends and competitors to enhance marketing strategies. Work closely with the sales and listing teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate marketing or a related field. Strong knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, and branding. Leadership skills with experience in managing a marketing team. Creativity in content creation, ad campaigns, and promotional strategies. Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
