Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
Product Marketing: Manage the lifecycle of our tech products, from go-to-market strategies to market adoption, ensuring clear and compelling positioning in the industry.
Digital Marketing and Demand Generation: Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to generate leads and build demand.
Brand Management: Develop and enhance the companys brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.
Sales and Marketing Alignment; Work closely with the sales team to create aligned marketing and sales strategies, improving lead conversion and closing rates.
Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance excellence.
Marketing Analytics: Use data-driven insights to measure the performance of campaigns, optimize marketing activities, and report on ROI and KPIs.
Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of thought leadership content, including case studies, white papers, and blog posts, positioning the company as a leader in the tech industry.
Event Management: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Martech and Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize marketing efforts, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and similar platforms.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing in the tech industry.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email campaigns, content marketing, and social media platforms.
Experience in B2B or B2C tech product marketing
Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Experience in managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Tech industry experience is a big plus.
