Job Description

We are a dynamic game development studio focused on creating engaging car racing and simulator games for mobile platforms. With a strong user base and growing popularity, we are looking to expand our presence through strategic advertising campaigns on platforms like YouTube, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of proven experience in marketing mobile games, especially in the car racing and simulator genres. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running successful campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on maximizing ROI (Return on Investment) and driving user acquisition. Your primary goal will be to increase visibility, grow downloads, and ensure profitability through targeted advertising strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive advertising campaigns on YouTube, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook .

Analyze and optimize campaign performance with a strong focus on user acquisition, retention, and maximizing ROI.

Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging and high-performing ad content.

Identify and refine target audiences to increase engagement and conversions.

Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like cost-per-install (CPI), return on investment (ROI), and lifetime value (LTV) to continuously optimize campaign strategies.

Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging advertising platforms.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in marketing mobile games, with a focus on car racing and simulator genres.

Skills :

o Expertise in digital marketing platforms: Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads .

o Strong understanding of user acquisition and retention strategies, with a focus on ROI-driven campaigns.

o Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and app tracking platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.).

o Ability to create, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

o Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working specifically with car racing or simulator games.

Strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns and drive better ROI.

Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships to drive engagement.
