As a Marketing Specialist - Lead Generator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for Evermark properties. You will work closely with our sales team to identify target markets and utilize various digital marketing channels to reach potential clients. Your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of the real estate industry will play a crucial role in our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
• Create compelling content for online platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads and analyze campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Attend networking events and open houses to promote our services and generate leads.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Report on lead generation metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years proven experience in lead generation in real estate in UAE .
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proven experience in multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
