Job Summary: As a Marketing Specialist - Lead Generator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for our real estate services. You will work closely with our sales team to identify target markets and utilize various digital marketing channels to reach potential clients. Your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of the real estate industry will play a crucial role in our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
• Create compelling content for online platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads and analyze campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Attend networking events and open houses to promote our services and generate leads.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
