Job Description

Position Overview: As a Marketing Specialist in the Jewelry Industry, you will beresponsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives topromote our jewelry products and brand. You will work closely with the marketingteam, designers, and sales department to create compelling marketingcampaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketingstrategies to promote our jewelry products, considering target audience,market trends, and competitive landscape.2. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketingcampaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print,events, and partnerships.3. Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and content creators todevelop high-quality visual and written content for marketing materials,including social media posts, website content, email newsletters, andadvertising campaigns.4. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing channels, including socialmedia platforms, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), andpay-per-click (PPC) advertising, to increase brand visibility and drivewebsite traffic.5. Social Media Management: Create and manage social media contentcalendars, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends tomaintain an active and engaging social media presence.6. Brand Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance ofthe brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materialsand communications.7. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis toidentify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends andconsumer preferences.8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance ofmarketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools to optimizecampaign effectiveness and ROI.9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales,design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with businessobjectives and product launches.10.Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems tosegment and target customers, personalize marketing communications,and track customer engagement and feedback.Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related
field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods
industry.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically
and execute tactically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media
management, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software and content creation tools is a
plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
  • Passion for jewelry and fashion trends, with a keen eye for aesthetics and
attention to detail.Additional Information:
  • This is a full-time position based in Bahrain.
  • Travel may be required for events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
  • Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and
