Role Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with at least 4 years of experience to join our interior design and fitout company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media posting and preferably come from a graphic designer background. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our interior design and fitout services.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts.
- Create engaging content, such as blog articles, infographics, and videos.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Skills Required:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media posting.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
