Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialsit to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the healthcare industry, with a keen understanding of healthcare trends, regulations, and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote our healthcare services, programs, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and target audience needs, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with organizational goals.
• Utilize market research, data analysis, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media presence, email campaigns, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize campaigns.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare landscape, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, community organizations, and industry partners, to support collaborative marketing initiatives and enhance brand reputation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Healthcare Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
• marketing executive: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE driving (Preferred)
