We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist with expertise in the American market to join our team in Japan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that resonate with American consumers, adapting our AI Avatar product's positioning to fit cultural nuances and consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans targeting the audience within the American market.

Conduct market research to understand American consumer behavior and preferences related to AI technology, AI avatar with anime characters.

Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the AI Avatar product meets the expectations of American users.

Create engaging content and campaigns that effectively communicate the product's value proposition to an American audience.

Manage social media and digital marketing efforts to build brand awareness and drive user acquisition among the American market.

Analyze market trends and performance data to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

An American with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on the American market.

Have a deep appreciation for anime and wish to bring your unique perspective to our dynamic team.

Passionate about Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and AI Avatars.

Strong understanding of American culture and consumer behavior.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Japanese

Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across different cultures.

Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
