About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our company. The job entails a variety of marketing duties to help develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound or inbound marketing activities, as well as a creative mindset for helping us remain fresh and competitive. You will be expected to prepare and present ideas and deliverables on a regular basis, and to research market trends and industry data so that the company remains on the cutting edge. Responsibilities
Manage digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle.
Develop marketing strategies that align with the company objectives
Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public facing communications, digital, and video assets
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive online traffic
Create multichannel campaigns across the music industry to gain influence and followers
Organize and host internal workshops and events
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape
Give monthly company marketing reports for internal review and quarterly marketing reports for specific brands assigned about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Conduct market research to identify trends, outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate leads.
Execute and oversee the marketing strategy using a variety of marketing tactics including SEO optimization, email creations, social media, and branding.
Research competition to identify strategies and market opportunities
Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
Collaborate with the sales team to explore creative content, customer engagement and web development to optimize user experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, upcoming brands and latest products in the music field
Skill sets
Well-versed on content writing
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising with Proficiency in marketing automation tools
Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (ie. Google Analytics)
Requirements
Hold valid UAE driving license. Immediate joiner
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the similar role as Marketing Specialist
Great problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
Proven track record with identifying target audiences and digital campaigns
Strong knowledge of the social media space and ability to create impactful and successful campaigns
Self-starter, who is eager to learn, Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of working collaboratively and being accountable
Excellent Team player with abilities to shoulder work load and growth
Good organizational and time management skills
Multiple language is an added advantages
Education
Masters or Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
AWS certifications, Diploma in Digital marketing etc

Salary: AED 4000-8000, depending on caliber & interview success
