Job Description

Must have Sales & Marketing experience in Construction/Real Estate Expertise in Video/Photography, editing and uploading Assist with coordination and production of proposals, qualifications and presentations Create and disseminate marketing collateral such as brochures, email blasts, newsletters, direct mailers, etc. Create and update marketing information including resumes, project sheets, boilerplate and other information for marketing purposes Manage social media and website including content creation Manage CRM database including contacts, marketing lists and reports Coordinate new project photography Assist in the development of award submittals and yearly award schedule Assist with the planning and coordination of special events, such as trade shows, conferences and holiday parties Maintain promotional items inventory Maintain marketing supplies inventory
