Job Description

As Marketing Specialist, the key responsibilities are:

Conduct market research to identify business trends, events and demographic data. Collect data, filtration, updates and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development to create cohesive and impactful strategies. Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies. Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers. Investigate the performance of a company's marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics. Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management. Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels. Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development. Execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives, such as social media and email marketing, to drive engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications, Education and Skills Requirements



BA degree business or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience considered. Strong coordination & project management skills

: Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media) to drive lead generation and engagement.

Content Creation & Messaging

: Ability to create diverse content formats (videos, presentations, and social media) that effectively communicate the events or project objectives and build brand awareness.

Analytical Abilities

: Strong skills in analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and refining strategies to maximize ROI and drive informed decision-making. Upholds ethical standards, builds trust, and communicates openly and truthfully. Delivers on commitments and maintains a consistent track record of reliability and results. Advances skills in Microsoft Office Applications.
