Work closely with the Head of Marketing and DGM - Property Management to develop and execute marketing campaigns, maintain online and offline communication channels, and enhance our company's visibility in the market.Job ResponsibilitiesMarketing Planning
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Assist in budget management for marketing campaigns
Develop and enforce brand guidelines in coordination with group marketing
Design & Development
Create engaging and high-quality content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, emails, and print materials
Develop compelling copy for property brochures, and promotional materials according to the group marketing guidelines
Develop communications materials, advertisements, presentations, or public relations initiatives to promote awareness of products and services.
Digital Marketing
Conduct online marketing initiatives, such as digital advertising, search engine marketing, social media management, social promotion campaigns & email promotions.
Manage and keep the website, social media, and partner content up-to-date at all times.
Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to engage with the real estate community and potential clients
Create and schedule regular posts, monitor comments, and respond to inquiries
Marketing Administration
Organize and manage exhibitions, seminars, customer gatherings, and in-house employee engagement activities.
Plan and execute marketing events, open houses, and promotional activities in coordination with advertisers & agencies.
Comply with the company QMS requirements & confer with the legal department to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement or royalty sharing with outside producers or distributors.
Measurement & Reporting
Design and circulate the customer satisfaction survey, analyze the responses and accordingly report to the superiors to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports.
Job RequirementsQualifications
Bachelor degree
Marketing specialization would be preferable
Experience
Min 5 years marketing experience in reputed organization. Automotive specially commercial vehicle or Heavy machinery trade would be added advantage
Knowledge & Skills
Customer and Personal Service: - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Communications and Media: - Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, visual and social media
Design: - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of marketing plans, content, key words, etc. skills includes, content writing, graphic design, SEOs, key word
Market Knowledge: - Knowledge of target customer, industry, territory, etc.
Language: - Proficient in English language (Verbal and written), Arabic would be an added advantage
Active Listening: - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
Coordination - adjusting actions in relation to others' actions
Administration - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, usage of reporting tools like excel, power BI, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
