Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital, and event marketing, with a focus on driving engagement and customer acquisition.
• Partner with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, design) to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with company goals, product launches, and customer expectations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and ROI improvement.
• Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new opportunities for market expansion, customer engagement, and competitive differentiation.
• Develop and maintain high-quality marketing materials, such as sales collateral and product guides, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across multiple formats (e.g., blogs, landing pages, social media, newsletters).
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and ensure that all marketing materials meet the necessary regulatory standards specific to the industry.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably with experience in the software industry or a similar digital-focused sector.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing automation tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO optimization tools.
• Knowledge of web publishing platforms, CMS, and a strong understanding of SEO principles to boost organic traffic.
• Strong ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong multitasking and project management abilities, with a focus on prioritization and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adept at solving complex problems, with a flexible approach to adapting to the dynamic demands of the software market.
About the role:
• Location: Dubai, Business Bay, The Binary Tower
• Working time: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Saturday, Sundays off
• Salary: negotiable
