Description:
As the Marketing Specialist at OBRAS INTERNATIONAL in Dubai, you will be a key player in elevating our brand presence and driving market expansion. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the GCC market. Your role will include creating impactful marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline channels, and producing engaging content to highlight our unique value proposition. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure consistent brand messaging, support the successful launch of new initiatives, and provide insights to enhance our market positioning.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and target market needs.
2. Content Creation and Management: Create, edit, and manage engaging content for various channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
3. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media, and email marketing, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing insights to guide marketing strategies.
5. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
6. Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics.
7. SEO and Website Management: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and collaborate with web developers to ensure the site is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
8. Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
9. Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data to refine strategies and improve performance.
10. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, such as design, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
11. Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within financial constraints.
12. Lead Generation Support: Develop and implement lead generation activities that support overall marketing goals.
Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
1. Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Extensive Marketing Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction or cladding industry.
3. Strategic Marketing Skills: Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and market growth.
4. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and engage target audiences.
5. Independent and Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
6. Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet marketing objectives, drive campaigns, and contribute to overall business goals.
7. Market Insights: Familiarity with the GCC construction market is a plus, providing insights into local trends and opportunities.
8. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in marketing software and tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital marketing platforms
