The role will drive the development, execution, and tracking of strategic and tactical digital campaigns to raise awareness of the represented brands and drive sales of the company\'s products in the country. • Develop country digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including the planning and coordination of various marketing events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with external creative agencies to develop and execute creative assets aligned with brand guidelines. Oversee the design, production, and approval processes, ensuring all materials meet brand standards and contribute to a cohesive brand identity.
• Oversee the creation, distribution, and placement of POS materials.
• Lease the planning, organization, and execution of impactful marketing events. Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site operations to deliver exceptional attendee experiences and achieve campaign objectives.
• Oversee the effective management and tracking of the marketing budget. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, budget adherence, and optimization of marketing spend.

Marketing Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (must), Arabic would be advantageous.
• Min. 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in e-commerce management would be advantageous.
• Experience in the healthcare (dental) field is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to establish communication campaigns with end users.
• Very good digital knowledge and ability to design digital campaigns.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Energetic with a high willingness to learn, ready to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
