Position Overview :
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our properties and services. This includes creating marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and analyzing market trends to ensure our company remains competitive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the real estate market in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

• Marketing Strategy :
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify target markets and determine effective marketing strategies to reach them.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Campaign Management :
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
• Manage advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
• Digital Marketing :
• Optimize the company's online presence through SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community to build brand awareness.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve the online customer experience.
• Reporting and Analysis :
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to keep the company's marketing efforts current and effective.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with marketing software and tools, including CRM, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of UAE market dynamics and consumer behavior.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
