Position Summary: As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our EdTech products and services, as well as our audio-visual and electromechanical projects. You will work closely with the sales and product development teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the company's products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Define target markets and create buyer personas to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC).
• Create engaging content for the company's website, blog, and social media channels.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Brand Management:
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality graphics and videos.
• Event Management:
• Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of events and provide post-event analysis and reports.
• Lead Generation and Sales Support:
• Develop and implement lead generation campaigns to drive sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create sales tools, presentations, and proposals.
• Track and analyze lead generation metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns.
• Market Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports, including key metrics, ROI analysis, and recommendations.
• Provide insights and data to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or EdTech industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management platforms).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
