We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi & Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the restaurant industry and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our restaurant business. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to lead a team to execute effective social media campaigns.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and enhance brand presence.
Content Creation and Curation: Design, write, and publish engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging.
Community Management: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities to foster a positive and interactive brand presence.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hopper, and native platform analytics. Use insights to optimize content and strategy.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions, contests, and partnerships, to drive traffic and engagement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Apply insights to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive marketing efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data and insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the overall brand positioning and messaging.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance the restaurant's marketing efforts.
Manage 3rd party business partners to ensure our objectives are met.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a marketing management role within the restaurant industry, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the food and beverage market.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious marketing goals.
