Role Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and grow our marketing team. You'll develop strategies, manage campaigns, and drive brand visibility to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Drive lead generation campaigns and strengthen brand identity.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
• Recruit and manage a marketing team as the company scales.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Create compelling content for digital and print platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience (home country or UAE).
• Expertise in digital marketing, analytics tools, and campaign management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
