The Senior Associate will be the lead for all digital marketing efforts and handle all marketing performance reporting. The candidate should have a strong digital marketing background and acumen in end-to-end performance driven marketing.Reports to: Head of Marketing Middle EastContract duration: 9 - 10 monthsResponsibilities:Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan to increase brand awareness and lead generationOversee the management of all digital channels (including updates to websites, blogs, social media-organic and ads)Lead and manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaignsDesign, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channelsMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the budgetBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketingPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsUtilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpointsLead relationships with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies that can be implementedManage events (event registrations, rosters, collateral, execution, on day management)Requirements:A postgraduate degree or equivalent in marketingBilingual candidates preferred5+ years of experience in a 360 degree marketing role with an organisation or agency.
