Management Level Senior Associate
& Summary Responsible for planning and managing 360 degree marketing campaigns for the regional market. The Senior Associate will be the lead for all digital marketing efforts and handle all marketing performance reporting. The candidate should have a strong digital marketing background and acumen in end-to-end performance driven marketing. Reports to: Head of Marketing Middle East Contract duration: 9 - 10 months Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan to increase brand awareness and lead generation
Oversee the management of all digital channels (including updates to websites, blogs, social media-organic and ads)
Lead and manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the budget
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Lead relationships with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies that can be implemented
Manage events (event registrations, rosters, collateral, execution, on day management)
Requirements:
A postgraduate degree or equivalent in marketing
Bilingual candidates preferred
5+ years of experience in a 360 degree marketing role with an organisation or agency. Extensive digital marketing experience preferred.
Proficient in end-to-end campaign management and brand activations
Independently managed, or through agencies, handled the digital marketing channels for the organisation including, but not limited to website, SEO, Google PPC, popular social media channels, social advertising, email marketing platforms and others
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud,CRM or other equivalent preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in Ai tools such as ChatGPT and others
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Familiar with Microsoft PowerBi
