Our client a social media company is looking for Marketing Section Head :
Create a "short / long" term brand and identity strategy for current projects as well as upcoming ones.
Analyze internal and external promotional activities and programs, as well as expectations for monthly sales and budgets, by conducting market research and SWOT analysis.
Draft and approve marketing briefs, making sure that the messaging and designs adhere to the company's and the brand's standards at the brand level.
Define and oversee the marketing expenditure.
Establish a project's budget for marketing communications and sales targets.
Keep a careful eye on and evaluate trends in market share, sales volumes, and rivalry.
Take charge of all marketing, public relations, and communications initiatives chosen to support the brand and marketing plan.

Create a marketing budget, media plan, media analysis, and marketing plan.

Create, produce, and distribute print materials for broadcast campaigns, including brochures, ads, and direct response; additionally, create and distribute radio and television spots.
Oversee social media activity, trade show exhibits, and website upkeep.
Launch profitable marketing campaigns and take responsibility for their entire execution, from concept to finish.
Complete all communication tasks, events, and social media campaigns within the allocated spending limit.
Form strategic alliances and collaborate with important suppliers, agencies, and participants in the market.
Examine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
Be in charge of all survey and research projects pertaining to the real estate market and competitors.
Compose reports and deliver them to upper management.
Keep up with industry developments and marketing trends.
Keep an eye on market trends and pinpoint prospective investment opportunities based on customer demands and rivals\' expenditure patterns.
Adhere to the necessity of maintaining brand awareness among the intended audience.
Job Requirements:
University degree -Business, marketing, communications or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in social media field.
MBA in Marketing is highly preferred.
Experience with CRM software.
Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.
Experience with B to B and B to C marketing preferred.
Experience with digital marketing and new marketing trends.
