LLC, a leading company specializing in Architectural Metal Work such as Cast Aluminum and Wrought Iron Gates, Staircase Handrails, Decorative Aluminum Main Entrance Doors, Mashrabiya Screens and Facades, Bifolding Doors and Window Systems, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a passion for sales and marketing, who can devise effective strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and promote our Architectural Metal Work products. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through active prospecting, lead generation, and networking. - Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, interior designers, and other industry professionals. - Understand client requirements, provide product recommendations, and offer tailored solutions. - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field within the construction industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Strong network and relationships with architects, contractors, developers, interior designers, and other relevant professionals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand and articulate complex architectural metal work concepts and technical specifications. - Self-motivated, energetic, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
