  • Implement and follow the companys strategies, values, and decisions within the territory
  • Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales
  • Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits to active and potential customers
  • Provide customers with technical expertise
  • Drive activities (e.g. marketing, promotion, claim handling, etc) towards the customers

  • Thai national with at least a bachelors degree
  • At least five years of sales experience in a related industry is essential and sales experience in Southeast Asia is helpful
  • Having work experience in technical sales, selling grain storage, handling, conditioning and drying systems or agriculture equipment to customers in manufacturing or agriculture industry
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office
  • Very good in Thai and English.
  • Have a valid Driving license and able to travel in Thailand and overseas
  • Able to travel overseas
  • Able to work independently
  • Responsible for our clients Business Unit short and long term growth & profitability performance in all Asia Pacific (excluding China)
  • Leading a team of Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Technical Service Managers in Asia.
  • Develop a commercial plan for our clients business unit based on overall strategic direction and ensure alignment in the whole team.
  • Thoroughly understand attractiveness and competitive position in markets, customers, and competitors, and use it to develop a regional strategy in line with global direction.
  • Design an optimal product mix strategy with the business unit through pricing and volume.
  • Experience in a similar role, with regional responsibility
  • Bachelors degree in any related field
  • Good command in English
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation, organization planning.
