Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office
Very good in Thai and English.
Have a valid Driving license and able to travel in Thailand and overseas

Responsible for our clients Business Unit short and long term growth & profitability performance in all Asia Pacific (excluding China)
Leading a team of Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Technical Service Managers in Asia.
Develop a commercial plan for our clients business unit based on overall strategic direction and ensure alignment in the whole team.
Thoroughly understand attractiveness and competitive position in markets, customers, and competitors, and use it to develop a regional strategy in line with global direction.
Design an optimal product mix strategy with the business unit through pricing and volume.
Experience in a similar role, with regional responsibility
Bachelors degree in any related field
Good command in English
Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation, organization planning.
